Yoga by Hiral

Summer Camp of Meditation & Yoga in Guruschools for all ages for 3 months. Three months course for all groups will cover around 15 to 30 asanas inclusive of breathing exercises according to age group with theory and practice.

Syllabus - There should be 4 age groups

  • Youngsters between age group 13 to 18
